Noted American author, Mark Twain, lectured in Williamsport at the Ulman Opera House on New Year’s Eve, 1869. According to one legend, Twain passed the dilapidated Pine Street Cemetery, then on this site, and conceived a short story about skeletons fleeing in search of a better home. Admittedly, we had a bit of fun with this room!

Here at City Hall Grand Hotel, our furnishings are each one of a kind. Josh Butters from Hulk has created a look that is unique to our hotel. Every detail, from each bed and sliding door to the sink and lights, was made exclusively for us. No two rooms are alike, bringing our guests a different experience with each visit.

Our open showers create a space like no other. Separate toilet rooms offer a European flare, and our sliding doors create, and then REcreate, a space to suit the individual's desired look and needs.

This room is perfect for the romantic, not-so-shy couple!  May we suggest you leave the kids with Grandma!!  We have many other rooms that better suit your family needs.
